This course aims to give individuals a fundamental understanding of Project Management, although they are not employed as Project Managers. Learners will understand the terminology, the nature and life cycle of a project, and what skills are needed to undertake a project. The teaching will recognise that projects are an integral part of our lives personally and professionally.
