This course aims to give individuals a fundamental understanding of Project Management, although they are not employed as Project Managers. Learners will understand the terminology, the nature and life cycle of a project, and what skills are needed to undertake a project. The teaching will recognise that projects are an integral part of our lives personally and professionally.

The course is designed to integrate the theory and practical components of undertaking projects to improve understanding and to utilise the knowledge obtained.

Carmen Rhode has a passion for the training and development of people. She accepts the fact that her main purpose in life is to make a positive impact on others lives.
