Western Cape Seda Small Business Stars winner Palesa Moeketsi joined Cape Town Activa in October 2012 as marketing and communications assistant.

Cape Town Activa hosted a successful “Lunch & Leap” Networking Session at Belville Library on Thursday, 20^th September. The theme for the month was “Tourism and Hospitality”, therefore all relevant support organisations, educational institutions and corporates, as well as entrepreneurs and job seekers interested in, or currently involved in this growing industry, were invited to participate.

The City of Cape Town is committed to building an Opportunity City and providing an enabling economic environment in which investment can grow and jobs can be created. As part of this commitment, Cape Town Activa’s initiative is a fully integrated support programme aimed at assisting entrepreneurs to make a success of their businesses. 

The social networking communities, which are trying to unleash the potential of the speed, scale, and economics of the Internet, are now boasting more than 1.5 billion members worldwide.
